By accessing Hidajee's website and any associated services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hidajee.

Hidajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via your registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Hidajee, you must register with accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details is a violation of our terms, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your ID may be required for account verification.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

To update your account details, please contact the support team. Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Hidajee is firmly committed to protecting minors from betting. We may request proof of age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

• Providing your correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.
• A national ID card or passport is accepted for age verification.
• Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately upon request from a parent or guardian.

Hidajee supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 1–24 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source; suspicious transactions will be investigated.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within business days. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends or public holidays. If a transaction is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team.

Before placing a bet on Hidajee, you should read the specific rules for the relevant sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to connectivity issues, it will be considered void.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Hidajee reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

For live betting, odds change in real time. Please review the odds carefully before confirming your bet. Hidajee does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Hidajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
• Hidajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hidajee platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity.
• Attempting to hack the betting system or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malware into Hidajee's systems.

Hidajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on an account.
• Failing to provide information required for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• By court order or at the direction of a law enforcement agency.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded before closure; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.

Hidajee takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. Your data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Hidajee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Hidajee's liability for any issues arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party causes is limited.

• Hidajee is not liable for any bet cancellations caused by loss of internet connection.
• Hidajee is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• Hidajee is not responsible for any losses resulting from issues with the user's own device or network.

However, if your funds are lost due to a fault in Hidajee's own systems, the issue will be investigated and resolved accordingly.

Hidajee may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-platform notice.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
